Polly and I drove around the new section in Cross Creek Ranch; Fulshear and Kickerillo now has 5 homes under construction. Also they are putting the gates to the new section. Cross Creek Ranch is being herald as the next Cinco Ranch. Cinco Ranch of Katy has been THE community to live in. Polly and I moved to Cross Creek Ranch last year and it is remarkable how much and how fast it has grown. We love the small town country living feel of Cross Creek Ranch. We moved in the Katy-Fulshear area over 20 years due to the acclaimed Katy Independent School District. Katy ISD services most of Cross Creek Ranch adn we feel it is the best place to live.
