We have lived in Cross Creek Ranch for over a year now and it is growing fast. As with any new community you move into when there are very few homes you tend to roll through the stops signs because there is no traffic and the police are seldom seen. As more and more homes are built the police tend to patrol more often. The other night my daughter came to visit and (you guessed it) she was pulled over for not stopping at the stop sign. I could not tell her anything because I have done it also. So when you come to Cross Creek Ranch you need to be aware that if you roll through a stop sign you risk getting a ticket.
Cross Creek Ranch, which is often referred to as the next Cinco Ranch, is serviced primarily by the Katy Independent School District. Katy and Fulshear are some of the hottest markets in the Houston area.
