Cross Creek Ranch in Fulshear, Tx. is growing fast. Cross Creek Ranch, which some people are saying will be the next Cinco of the Katy Area, is growing faster than Polly and I had orginaly thought. When Polly and I moved here, just one year ago, there were only around 10-15 homes in our section. That number has grown to over 80 in just one year. One year ago they had not even started the new section behind us and in less than 6 months they have put in the utilities and streets and have already sold a half a dozens homes. Cross Creek Ranch is about 6 miles south of Interstate 10 and Katy High School. Cross Creek Ranch as of today is serviced by the Katy Independent School District. The Katy Area is expected to see an tremendous amount of growth in the next few years. Reports show that Fort Bend County is also to see unheard of growth in the next few years.
