As reported by the Katy Times, an audit from the firm Null-Lairson presented on Jan. 20th to KISD showed and increase in the Katy Independant School District's net assest of 16 million to a total of a 134 million. Bill Moore the chief financial officer credited the increase in balances and a decreases in the district's debt as the primary reasons for increase in assets. This is a great achievement considering the economic downturn experienced throughout the nation. This allows the KISD to be the strong and inovative school distirct that it is. I feel this is why Cinco Ranch, Grand Lakes, Seven Lakes, Firethorne, Cross Creek Ranch, and others in the KISD are so sought after. Check out the LIFESTYLES section on our website
