Kickerillo has sold a home in Cross Creek Ranch and is pouring 3 other foundations. Kickerillo will have a construction trainer in a couple of weeks. Currently the sales person is operating out of one the of the offices in the Visitor's Center. This will increase the price point of Cross Creek Ranch and I feel it will be benifical to new and existing homes.
