The whole Royer Team went to the HAR (Houston Association of Realtors) yesterday, The food was great and they had an awesome guest speaker, who went over the Energy Star-Green building codes and explained what was required. It made me feel more comfortable about the new home I just bought in Cross Creek Ranch in Fulshear, TX. Before buying a new home make sure you have a Realtor who is looking after your best interest. Not all homes are built to this high standard. I have worked with a builder as a sales person for many years before becoming a Realtor and know the ins and outs of the process. Most builders will tell you that you don't need a Realtor, because they pay us not you. I know what and how to ask for extra items such as blinds on all windows, sprinkler systems and other upgrades.
