Went to the Cross Creek Ranch HOA Meeting last night and it was great. Learned a lot about the developer and the upcoming plans for the community. Fry road will, in the near future go thru Cross Creek Ranch and in the very near future there will be another entrance to Cross Creek Ranch off of FM 1093. Currently they are developing a new addition directly behind my home. They are laying in the sewer system and water lines. This at 6:30 am is sometimes annoying. (LOL) I keep telling my wife it will not last long and the earlier they start working in the morning the sooner they will be finished. It really is great living in Cross Creek Ranch; it is like living in the country with all the advantages of living in the city. The neighbors are great and everyone waves to each other. When I walk Precious (my ferocious 7 lb. Shih Tzu) the neighbors always stop and talk with us. Bill, Pepper, Polly and I thru a block party and over 100 people attended. A great time was had by all, and everyone got to meet their neighbors. Cross Creek Ranch is truly a great place to live.
